Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Pozcukoop website and ordering services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Pozcukoop's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are as displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, though orders will be charged at the price displayed at the time of ordering. Promotional pricing is valid for the period specified.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is taken at the point of order. All payments are processed securely by PCI-compliant payment providers. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Delivery Terms

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We aim to deliver within 25-35 minutes of order confirmation, depending on location and demand. Delivery is available only to postcodes within our service area. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Collection

Orders for collection must be picked up within 30 minutes of the stated collection time. If not collected within this period, the order may be discarded, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to 5 minutes after placing it. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Cancellations made after preparation has started may incur a charge. Please contact us immediately on +44 20 7946 0823 to request cancellation.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds are provided only for items not received or received in a state unfit for consumption. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. To request a refund, email [email protected] with order details and evidence.

Unless otherwise stated, Pozcukoop Limited owns the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this for personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

User Content

In these terms and conditions, "User Content" shall mean any audio, video, text, images, or other material you choose to display on the website. By displaying User Content, you grant Pozcukoop a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any media.
